Guest guest
I had an ankle fussion in 1993. My foot swelled to a point where the orthortist had to open my shoe up to accommodate my foot. Each time I bought a pair of shoes they would get narrower til I come to where I am now. It took about two years to get back to a normal size I now use PW Minors right off the store shelf with custom made orthorses in them My foot will swell up during the day and when I get up in the morning the foot is normal size and then the cycle starts all over again. The only pain I ever have is if the shoe is to tight, then I feel pain on the outside edge of the foot. I forget the name of it, but there is a nerve that runs from heel to toe along the outside edge of the foot and if the shoe is to tight it puts pressure on the nerve. Thats the nerve that hurts when you build up a callous on that edge. PS: I hope we are all aware of the " I Love You " virus. What would we do without cmtus
