Guest guest
That's interesting. How do you keep track of how many members were lost this week? Guest guest
Maybe they signed off because they were going to have their surgery and didn't want to come back to a couple thousand messages. That's what I'm going to do. Guest guest
Don't count me in that number. I didn't leave and have no plans to go anywhere. Guest guest
Hi to all, Debbie Hrenko from Cleveland here. Just got home today from NC. I had my MGB Monday 5-15. Everything went great. I have a question for anyone who knows. How do I sign up for the " post-op " sight? I have to ask questions about the liquid portion of this recovery. Unless someone out there knows. Can one chew sugarless gum? Can I eat fat free pudding? I hate yogurt. Any post-op readers please share some things you were able to eat wile on the liquid portion. I just bought Dole Frozen Fruit Pops, and Luigi's Natural fat free Italian ice. Are these OK? Plus, yesterday I have fat free, sugar free, frozen yogurt from TCBY. My Gosh my first time and it was wonderful. I am only eating 2-4 tablespoons then stop. I am so afraid of overeating. Right now I am finding myself hungry at the end of the night. I am sure it will get better. Any help would be much appreciated. P.S. I will answers any questions anyone has. THANK YOU, Debbie Hrenko, Cleveland, OH MGB 5-15-2000 P
