While we are still discussing this issue, I have another point I would like

to make. In my eyes, it is not Homeopathic vs Traditional medicine. It is

Alternative vs Traditional. I do not mix homeopathy in with all other

alternative treatments. Taking vitamins and supplements or getting

acupuncture is not homeopathy in my book.

Homeopathy is strictly using special homeopathic medicines following the

instructions of your caregiver or on your own. I am referring to the

watered-down substances that are supposed to be " a little bit of what you

already have " .......a little " hair of the dog that bit you " .......of which

most have been examined and proven to be nothing more than plain water. It

doesn't matter to me if half of Europe or even the US uses this

" medicine " ........don't write to me and tell me of all the miracle cures you

have seen or how long this type of treatment has been in existance. I've

heard it all before and I've made my decision.

These alternative doctors can be caring individuals who DO pay close

attention to their patients and encourage them in many positive ways. I

thoroughly agree with this and as I've said a hundred times before, I

definitely believe in the power of the mind.......which is what I firmly

believe is doing the healing here.......the mind. I do not care for the

alternative doctors who sell their own medicines or push you into buying

things that you do not need, or who bash traditional medicine, for that

matter. Same for allopathic doctors bashing alternatives. There should be a

level of respect within the medical community.
