Guest guest
Hi All, I have this pain too, not always but have noticed a pattern: 1. Sitting for long periods of time, especially a hard surface, like at school and their miserable, uncomfortable, wooden chairs; spasms occur. Lower back is at it's worst then, too. At times I'm shifting positions to relieve RLS while sitting on one cheek! 2. Especially when constipated due to codeine; the feeling is pressure, mostly. 3. I suffer with the sciatica as well, have been since my first pregnancy, which also introduced my RLS Last year the rectum pain was bad enough that I had an x-ray to check for blockages. All clear, though. At the same time though, I also had bad stomach cramps, like knives stabbing at me, and very nauseous, too. Am I ever glad someone brought this up! forgot who, but thanks :-) Ana Casinha,34 Woodbridge, Ont. where the humidity & air quality are killing me!
