I would appreciate hearing from others on the list as to what foods seem to

aggravate your RLS. It would be interesting to " compare " our grocery list,

eh? ;)

It indeed would be very interesting to note what foods might be causing

problems with RLS.............it would also be interesting to analyze it even

further and see if perhaps it was what we were NOT eating that caused

problems......(iron content, B Vitamins, E, Magnesium, Potassium etc, etc,

etc,) More and more I am reading about the benefits of getting our

supplements from the food that we eat, and not from pills. I'm glad they are

doing more research in this area. .

I read the other day about how eating too much meat or protein in general can

be harmful to us.....particularly our kidneys. I believe kidney problems

contribute to RLS in some people and some of us may have some minimal damage

that we aren't aware of. They actually said that by lowering the amount of

protein ingested, some people were able to go off of dialysis !!! Isn't that

wonderful ? !!!

I'll be sure to let you all know if the chocolate bar I just ate causes me any

problems..........tee hee.........

Fondly,

Connie
