Guest guest Posted July 22, 2000 Report Share Posted July 22, 2000 Sue, I have had to 'schedule' naps into my day for the past month to get over my back pain and associated stress, also to get my tremors under wraps. Yes I guess I am fortunate I work at home, so I can adjust my writing accordingly. But first I take care of me. I haven't taken naps like this in about 9 or 10 years, during another 'trial' when I needed to heal somemore. The extra sleep really helps me. That is about the only thing that really does. I only nap about 1 - 1/2 hours but it helps me. It also 'clears my head' so when I wake up I can write better. My whole life has been about adjusting to changes in what my body screams for.
