Hello,

I've been using an electric tread mill for a few months. I think I lost

some weight, but I also can walk better for a longer distance. First I had a

non electric one. That was very difficult to use. We sold it to a neighbor

who was very happy with it. Now I have an electric Path Master. My husband

bought it at an auction. There is a used sporting goods store near us and

they have tread mills there. So, look around and you can get a bargain. The

one I have has a sort of railing around it so you can hold on. I started

going only 2 minutes and now I am up to 7 minutes. Naturally, I watch t. v.

while walking. Also, I can go a bit faster that the lowest speed. When I

started I could barely go at the lowest speed.

Good luck with it, Joan
