Guest guest Posted January 19, 2000 Report Share Posted January 19, 2000 Hello Becca here... I have a hard time with my weight too. I have lost 70 pds. but still have more to go. It is a struggle. Some days I can exercise and feel I accomplished something. Other days, I get so frustrated because I can't get my body to do what I want it to do. I walk on the treadmill at the YWCA. Sometimes I can do great other times I can barely do it at all. It is so disappointing..... In losing the weight, I have noticed how much better it is for my body without those extra 70 pds, but I think if I could get the rest off...my body would be thrilled....but yes it is so hard to do! Also, the less mobilty you have, it makes sense that your metabolism is slowed, but moving more on a regular basis no matter what it is ....will help get your body going. I have a suggestion....if anyone is interested in joining forces and letting emotional support to help get the weight off...... I for one would be ready to share support and be a buddy.... any takers???? Any other ideas?? Thanks so much!!
