Guest guest Posted January 19, 2000 Report Share Posted January 19, 2000 WELCOME Vixen! I travel too, and find that I have delayed reactions to jet lag. I am fine for 3-4 days, sightseeing, etc. all of a sudden, I am hit with jet lag and HAVE to take a long nap- that often is 8 - 10 hours! I tried taking Melatonin once but that did nothing for me. Bodies changing zones kind of imbalance themselves for awhile. I have not seen any studies done on CMT and jet lag, but hopefully others on this list will add what they know.
