Hi group, it is now 1:55 AM and although I am feeling very tired I absolutely

cannot sleep. I started or added to my RLS meds Ultram, 100 mg in the

evening. The first evening I took it was last Thursday at 9 PM and as a

result was up all night long. Some of you may remember my writing to the

group to ask if anyone on Ultram had this problem. Two people responded to

me and both of them suggested that I take it as early as 5-6 PM in the

evening. Well, this evening I took it at 5:30 PM and I just can't seem to go

to sleep. I'm too sleepy to read. I just can't concentrate on my book and

when I try to sleep I feel much too restless to do that. BTW I should tell

you that on Friday, Sat. and Sunday, because of a very busy weekend I stayed

w/my old regime of meds until I knew I wouldn't have to get up early the next

morning, which is today. Thank God I waited. I am so frustrated. I can't

believe that I'm still awake. Not that I sleep that great to begin with but

this is ridiculous. I have purple circles under my eyes by now and I can't

even find any humor in this. It usually carries me though, but not tonight.

Oh well, I'm sure I'm not alone in not being able to sleep but I certainly

don't wish that. It would be nice if everyone were enjoying a good nights

sleep. TATA to you all and to you all a good nights sleep. Kath/Cambridge,

going crazy! :o).
