Yo Jodi,

This is Ed from Philly. I would very much like to be considered for the FNS

study in the Phila. area. I would be willing to try almost anything to get the

kind of results I read concerning FNS and its effect upon RLS. I also have a

few questions:

1. Who is sponsoring the study? I thought I was " plugged " into the Philly RLS

scene but obviously not. My personal RLS physician, Dr. June Fry, who is

Director of the Sleep Center at Allegheny Hospital in Philly would have

certainly told me.

2. Does your friend suffer from PLMS also? Do/will they measure PLMS as well?

3. Will the RLS Philadelphia Chapter be contacted? We would have no problems

supplying able RLS sufferers.
