Kristy,

Ive never had anything like the pain you describe, except when I

sprained my ankle - long beofe rls hit. Don't panic - I don't think

it's a worsening of rls- if it persists, get it checked out. Maybe your

convoy of butterflies could rally round - they showed up here in Jersey

the other day- backpacks and all. Just thinking of them makes me smile

and feel good. Thanks so much for the best alternative remedy ever!!
