Guest guest
Hi Chen, About the typing and music playing, I do both, also fast (typing and piano) While I don't experience noticeable weakness in my hands/fingers, I do seem to make more errors and bad music towards the end of the day. (Just about everyday I am doing both). Guess this is just due to fatigue in general. When I type, my arms/wrists are 'resting' on a table, keyboard in front and low. But, can't do that with the piano! About the bruises, used to get them, changed my diet, fewer falls and no bruises. Don't know if there's a connection or not. What has helped me in walking/hikes/ etc. is wearing in-shoe soft molded orthotics specially made for my feet. This keeps me walking heel first, then toe, not my 'normal' walk of toe first then heel, then trip - lol! The orthotics seem to help my balance too, along with my cross-trainers that I wear for just about everything. Enjoy those hills!
