Guest guest
<> That is so true... so I have one to add. I have severe arthritus all over but it was most apparant in my feet and to continue to walk, I had to have my feet/ankle bones fused. (an aside, they knocked my front teeth out during the first one, but that's another story). Anyhow, after the operation you are put in a toe to knee caste, and must be totally non-weight bearing for 3 mos. At the time, I didn't know the symptoms I was having was RLS. In fact, the doc said it was nerve damage in the foot from the operation. Now I know it was RLS. One nite it was so bad, I raised my leg/foot and slammed it into the bed... remember it's not like I could get up and walk around. Boy, what a rude awakening and ya know what, as I yelped out in pain those damn bugs were still crawling! Steph p.s can't wear jean's either, found them too irritating! Even very old, supposedly soft ones. Wonder what's in them that bothers us. I love this list... I'm not wierd anymore.
