Guest guest Posted February 27, 1999 Report Share Posted February 27, 1999 When I switched from Sinemet to Permax and then from Permax to Mirapex, I just made the switch. As far as I know there is no reason to " wean " off the other. Neither my Neurologist or GP had me do this. Perhaps any advice to the contrary is ment for Parkinson's patients?
