Robin I wanted to tell you that I have been on a treadmill (can't go to fast or for to long) and I actually seem to be losing some weight. I do eat a lot of fruits and veggies not very much meat anymore. I do believe this is helping me not just in this area but in my balance too. My ankles seem to a little stronger than they use to be. I think that exercies and massage are the best things that work for me.I like Gretchen have to not overdo or I pay for it later on. I do get cramps in my hands and legs so i can only do little at a time. There is a thing called perseverence and honestly this is where its at. Its hard to keep up with my husband sometimes especially when we are shopping (He was in track in school) . People sometimes look at me funny lie I have been drinking or something but its the feet and those real high arches. gotta be going for now so all take care.
