Guest guest
I have suffered with rls all of my life but it wasn't until 15 years ago that I discovered it had a name. Most recently in my quest for help I have taken temazepam and it is still one of the more successful medications in treating my rls. However, because of drug regulations and length of time on the med. 2 years(or whatever), my doctor would like me to change to Ambien(a sleep medicine). I tried Ambien earlier and it only made my symptoms worse. The doctor would like to try it again because the doctor feels that I didn't wait until the Klonopin (what I was on then)was entirely out of my system. Has anyone had any experience with either of these two drugs(temazepam and ambien)? You have probably discussed this earlier but I am relatively new to this list. Any information will be greatly appreciated as I see my doctor on Monday. Thanks.
