Hi ne and group, I agree that we shouldn't " shoot at unarmed men " and I'm

glad to know that you did not take offense at what (sorry, forgot his name) he

said. I DID TAKE OFFENSE. I have been fighting with this disorder and the

accompanying pain for at least 20 years, 15 for sure. My main reason for

writing here is that I don't really think this man wanted to be a member of

our " support group. " I think he just latched on long enough to let us know

how he felt, what he felt. I feel that if he were sincere he would not have

unsubscribed. I am pleased that he knew or realized his error and apologized

to the group but personally I will not miss him. You are right in that we all

have our own methods of treatments and beliefs but when we get someone like

him I feel like we gained a salesman not a supportive group member. I also

don't feel that any of us should make judgments on whether or not RLSers do

nothing but complain, whine, focus on their illness, etc., about this malady.

There are times when I am guilty of just that. For the most part I don't. I

work hard at being what I feel is a productive human being but there are days

I feel so awful that I do give in to my feelings of anger, self-pity whatever

and do absolutely nothing, and I'm worth it :o). I think that we are all very

lucky to have one another and I think that some, such as the gentleman of the

other day, don't belong in a support group such as ours and I do hope he finds

what he is looking for, truly. Good day to you all. And a lovely day it is,

too! Bright sunshine, beautiful blue skies. Kathy/Cambridge
