We are all on different points along that journey. Some of us find shortcuts. Some of us take a wrong turn down the wrong road and wind up backtracking to get back to the main path. Some of us go over the mountain (the lucky ones find a moutain pass) and some us have to go around the mountain. That too eventually failed me. I am now back on the drug path along with some herbal/vitamin baggage and I am doing pretty good. RLS is a journey and no one and no absolute treatment (meds, herbs, vitamins, lifestyle, mental capacity, etc.) has all the answers for everyone. Together, we will travel this rough journey all-the-while supporting each other; however, please remember that there are many different paths to the same end point. Just because something (read as some path) got you where you want to go that does not mean it will and/or should work for me too. RAINBOWPED@... I am tired of every discussion deteriorating into " well, you must not have REAL rls if [insert any treatment here] helps you. " >> I am way past " natural " , I feel that I am way past drugs. The only side effect is a radiant glow of health. I can live with that.
