Guest guest
Hi Jill, have you got any idea how the tryptophan helps with balance? Do you think because you are more relaxed your balance is better? Or because you are sleeping/resting better and have less stress? A friend of mine with MS took it, then ended up paralyzed in the hospital from, of all things, an overdose of it. Different disease for her, but for her to 'recover' to where she was before was one hard long road and devastasting to watch. If T. is in turkey, why not just eat turkey? Isn't turkey a calming food too?
