Hi,

I'm new around here. So new that I hit the reply button from the digest and

that's why you all got copies the other day. Sorry. Except of course for

who saw it as comedy!

A very mild case of RLS really bloomed on me recently after taking paxil. I've

been doing some serious nightwalking for months now. Lost a part time job on

account of it today. No worries. It were not the biggest of deals.

Nothing much helps me with sleeping. I am now at least three hours post dose of

Ambien. but here I am typing away. Almost coherently.

Tried Halcion this afternoon. that did nothing. Ativan is a total joke.

When I tired that it would grog me out nicely but then about 45 minutes just as

I thought ooh mayb i'm going to make it this time... jumpity jump. The bummer of

that aside from the obvious is that then I'm too groggy to read or do much of

anything.

I've been having short term memory loss from lack of sleep and some nutritional

deficiencies.

It's been interesting to read some descriptions of trying to feel what therls

is.

I have always described it as being electrical. Never would say crawly.

I quit the Paxil cold turkey five days ago and seems that is really aggravating

the RLS. It'll be ok if once I finally have the Paxil out of my system the rls

returns to it's pre paxil milder form.

Well I'm gonna give the zzzz's another go here at 2am RMT Vail,CO

Kathleen
