Guest guest
Being positive leads to better health, according to Mayo Clinic Proceedings, Feb. 2000. The report suggests that a positive mental attitude will help you live a longer, fuller life. This 30 year project revealed that regardless of age or gender, optimism prolonged life and generally led to more success at work, school and in health. Pessimists in the group had a 19% greater chance of death. This puts pessimism on a par with high cholestral and increases the risk factor for an early death.
