Guest guest
DHA Neuromins is a supplement containing certain fish oils and acids that is recommended for general overall good health, cancer prevention and heart disease.........and that is what I will be taking it for. I have honestly found nothing to indicate that this in any way relates to Restless Leg Syndrome and I do not expect any miracles in that area. I assume that better overall health is always a help, though, and am and Jill seem to feel that it has helped them......although I thought Jill had said that she wasn't sure. Guess I am wrong on that. This is going to be something that each person will have to decide for themselves. I do not see the benefit for taking the vegetarian DHA though, at 3 or 4 times the cost......so I will take the regular form. They said that they felt better in 4 or 5 days so I guess I can stick it out and give it a true test for at least two weeks to see if there is, indeed, any benefit for rls. I would be most happy to let you know if there was. I will be continuing to take it after that, but will need something else if I am not able to sleep. If it's going to help, it will help no matter what else I am taking, and I will know it for sure. I will keep you posted. Wish me luck!
