Night or day, my RLS kicks in when my bladder starts to get full. When on a

car trip, I stop often just to keep my bladder empty even when my legs are

fine. I think it has to do with our extreme sensitivity to any sensation. It

sure can be a miserable place to be--a full bladder and " crawling " moving
