That would be great if you could find your old material and share it - please.

I cannot even imagine being strapped down and not allowed to MOVE! But if it

helped in any way to understand RLS I really think I would do it. I wonder

if these people were wired to anything that measured electrical charges in the

body. Does that make sense? Because I feel " electrical " when I don't move

during RLS.

My husband massaged my right knee for a few minutes the other night after I

mentioned that my knees were hurting. That, too, felt wonderful. Wouldn't it

be great if someone could be with us at all times to massage or put pressure

on while we went about our daily lives - what a dream! Anyway, thanks for

sharing and sleep well, I hope.
