Guest guest
Hey, Lynn....... I can't tell you how many times I have piled books or other heavy things on top of my legs, hoping to quell the pangs of RLS. For a few moments there would be blessed relief.......then my body would jump with a seizure so strong, everything would go flying! Some of the earliest testing on people with RLS required them to lie in bed with their legs strapped down, so that every movement was recorded........also, the reactions to not being able to move. It's been so long ago that I read this, I can't remember all of the particulars. I only know that it was included in information that I received from the National Institute of Health when I requested any and all printed material on the subject. I think I will try to drag my old files out and re-read some of this stuff. Thank you for the reminder..........:-) Connie
