Guest guest
Regina, Good morning! Nice to hear from someone who also is " tolerating " the various changes of Winter. I wouldn't be surprised if temp. changes affected RLS. There seems to be various conditions that react to the environment. My husband says when Spring and Fall arrive, it even feels like his jaws and teeth shift and ache! (This is from a man who never has anything wrong with him!) Then, yesterday I was researching some info on migraines for my niece and the opening statement of one of the resources stated, the latest theory of cause being a " vulnerability of the nervous system to sudden changes either in our body or the environment! " Changes take place in the brain that then provoke migraine attacks. My gut reaction is that our bodies are full of impulses that react to all sorts of stimuli....the diet we eat, the kinds of exercise we do, our feelings, the weather, etc. etc. Those who do a pretty good job of adjusting contribute to " the survival of the fittest. " This is my humble opinion.........it will be interesting to receive the comments of others. IMHO, again, we are more an integral part of our surroundings than we probably think.....
