Guest guest
YES...I've had the throat thing. But it's like when the RLS goes to my arms. It starts up and I think to myself, " SHEEESH!!! If this continues, I'm gonna be looking (or sounding) pretty darn weird, trying to wiggle in response to it!!! " At that point, I move or get totally distracted, lest it get going strongly. When I was little, I did weird neck tension movements and eye rolling things that drove my parents crazy. I'm sure it was all related to the restlessness or anxiety that goes with RLS. I find that I'll tolerated restless legs for a while...but when it starts in any other body parts...arms, neck, etc....I just HAVE to practice " zero tolerance " and stop it FAST or I'll go bonkers. I've noticed that when I am in a situation where I have to sit still that I get this overwhelming need to flex my tonsils or swallow really hard, is this wierd, anyone else noticed a restless throat?
