Guest guest
Dear Nanette I understand this condition can manifest it self in different ways and different stages and degrees for each person. Yes I have the problems you state below except for the one condition you can get " about walking for hours with your head bobbing because your legs would not let you stop moving. " I don't understand what your last comment means can you explain this to me " about just getting to sleep does not keep RLS from waking you " . I have been diagnosed with this condition just recently by a neurologist I don't know all there is about this condition or how it effects every body and I would not presume to be expert on this condition. I only know how it effects me and it has kept me from falling asleep and staying asleep once I fall asleep. I have a documented report just how often my legs moved through a night of sleep study and I could not fall asleep or maintain sleep which has been my experience for many years because of leg movements. Does any one else out there have the same problem because of RLS falling asleep and maintaining sleep? Do you know any thing about Hylands Magnesium Phosphate Cell Tissue Salts? Sincerely yours Jeanie Stout Re: Hylands magnesium Phosphate CellTissue Salts Getting to sleep and staying asleep is not the only problem. You can (and I do) have RLS when you're not wanting to sleep -- ex., riding in a car, sitting through a meeting or sitting in Church, movies, etc. I have also walked for hours with my head bobbing back and forth, but unable to go to sleep beacuse my legs would not let me stop moving. Also just getting to sleep does not keep RLS from waking you.
