I also want to thank you for this past year for all of the warmth, support and companionship that this group is so blessed with. I hope that everyone has a wonderful Holiday season, for whatever holidays that this diverse group may celebrate. Also, in answer to some of the requests that have come through today about the " What Can You Do About Insomnia " RealAudio Live Chat last night on the Healthology network, I have found the broadcast archive. You must have or download the RealAudio player and install it before you can listen to the broadcast. I just recently downloaded the new " G2 " edition of the player, and it is much improved over the previous ones.
