Waking up is hard to do

Hi Friends

As a new member I'm pobably going to have a lot of questions

you've all heard before, but I need to figure this thing out.

I have no idea if there is a relationship here to RLs, but one of

the most disturbing things that happens to me, is that I'll wake up in

a panic, with a sudden gasp, squeel, or moaning before I'm even

concious. The sensation I have is electrical pain in my limbs (both

calves and both forearms). Since I can't jump up and walk, I sit in

bed and rock back and forth, back and forth until once of my meds

takes effect. It is such a frightening way to wake, and I'm usually

in the middle of a disturbing dream. This can be at 11, 2am 4am, or

during the day after a one hour nap. If I've said this before please

bear with me. Other than the intense pain I have from m MS, it is one

of the most frightening things I deal with.

Thank you for any input you can give. I'm already on Klonopin, but am

considering asking my Dr. for Miramax. Is that the meds you would

recommend my trying?

Thank you all - Joanne

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to

change the things I can; and the wisdom to know the difference
