I received this answer when I sent Marleen's letter to Dr. Buchfuhrer at

Southern Cal RLS Support.

The pain she is experiencing is most likely anal (sphincter) spasm which is

not uncommon problem, especially after straining at stool. It can be quite

painful and is in no way related to RLS. It is much less common to have this

with orgasm, but that is also known.
