Guest guest
I received this answer when I sent Marleen's letter to Dr. Buchfuhrer at Southern Cal RLS Support. The pain she is experiencing is most likely anal (sphincter) spasm which is not uncommon problem, especially after straining at stool. It can be quite painful and is in no way related to RLS. It is much less common to have this with orgasm, but that is also known.
