Hi everyone,

Well April I can only tell you from my own experience that I pace myself

as best I can on a day to day basis. Some days are pooped out days and

then I have those days that I can go go go. I have a lot of problems

with my hands and feet to the point sometimes I get so frustrated I just

sit down and cry........but I always feel much better afterwards so it

doesnt hurt to feel rotton at times because it just helps to move right

on along. I laugh at myself sometimes because I would be one rich lady

if I had a dime for everything I have ever dropped or every time I have

ever tripped.......and fell!! You just go on with your every day life

and it just falls into place as it goes along. There is bound to be

those bummed out days but actually if you think about it you would have

those anyway regardless of if you had CMT or not. Everyone is different

but yet we are all the same in a lot of ways and moral support is a big

factor when dealing with any disease ......so just do your normal

everyday thing and like I said things willfall into place we are all

here to help each other so if you feel like venting we are only a

keypunch away!!

Take Care

Cathy
