I'm a 38/F who has dealt with RLS for literally as long as I can remember. I remember my mom " hollering " at me to sit still when I was just a little kid. I didn't even know my " twitchy leg thing " had a name until I saw a readers digest thing about a year ago. We just got the net and on a lark I looked up RLS and lo and behold I discover a whole community of people who UNDERSTAND! Thank You Thank You for being there. It's so good to know that there are people who know I really CAN " T " just hold still, how hard can it be? " Cried (yes really) as I read through some of the stuff at the web site - VALIDATION - I'm not crazy - just have RLS!
