Guest guest
Pat from Indiana (Olivia822@...) says -- " While in a menopause support group online I learned of the various types of estrogen one can take. In August 1998 I asked my GYN to switch me to Estratab which is plant based. It took about two months as I recall for the symptoms to really tame themselves down. Now I'm doing remarkably well. I do still take .5mg of Ativan before going to bed nightly. " Pat -- my initial dose was 1.25, now I'm going to try .625. She says that it's the minimum dosage but will do the trick for my menopause symptoms. I mailed the scripts off to my pharmacy, I hope it works. Life is stressful enough without going nuts from RLS.
