Guest guest Posted March 9, 2000 Report Share Posted March 9, 2000 alisha here, i have been made of fun for so long i can't really begin to tell u what it feels like. since grade 7 or 12 yrs old people made fun of me b/c of my CMT. the way i walked, ran, or did anything. as i got older and into high school it got worse and worse. in public school there was about 545 people now in my high school to date now there is about 1500 people!!!! people make fun of me b/c i use a walker, i used to use a wheelchair, the way i held my stuff, the way my hands and legs looked, u name it, it was made fun of. they would make fun of me behind my back, infront of me, to my friends and everyone and every where. it is so hard for someone to go through that as a child and teen. ur self esteem is LOW and u feel like nothing. i have learned to ignore it but when it is a friend that i know i go and chew them out!!!! it its infront of me i chew them out and then i go on. thats my 2 cents worth!
