New intro....some questions.

Hello everyone,

I'm new to this list....well not that new, but haven't posted

before..pleased to meet you all :)

I would consider my RLS to be mild compared to others,

and take no meds, my local doc recently told me to decrease

my coffee intake and to take vitamin B6 and Evening Primrose

Oil...I've not noticed any differences yet...anyone heard of taking

these things for RSL?

The other things my doc mentioned was a *link* with thyroid

probs.....anyone heard of this?
