I doubt the acetametaphin is causing the discomfort you describe after taking

Tylenol pm. Having the acetametaphin hurt your liver to the point where you

actually feel a problem requires many years of excessive use and/or abuse of

the drug by mixing it with alcohol (if you can sense any liver malfunction -

you need to see a doctor ASAP).

The more probable cause is the sleep aid ingrediant used in the PM medication.

This will produce different reactions in people, including sweating, increased

heart rate & other discomforts. You probably will find the same symptoms when

taking certain decongestants.

I cannot take over the counter sleep aids without having a severe RLS attack.
