Guest guest
I doubt the acetametaphin is causing the discomfort you describe after taking Tylenol pm. Having the acetametaphin hurt your liver to the point where you actually feel a problem requires many years of excessive use and/or abuse of the drug by mixing it with alcohol (if you can sense any liver malfunction - you need to see a doctor ASAP). The more probable cause is the sleep aid ingrediant used in the PM medication. This will produce different reactions in people, including sweating, increased heart rate & other discomforts. You probably will find the same symptoms when taking certain decongestants. I cannot take over the counter sleep aids without having a severe RLS attack.
