Hi group;

I wanted to share my new meds with you. My daughter has an old knee

injury from skiing and it was bothering her again, our Dr. put her on 250

mg of Naproxin, it's an anti inflammatory. I know your not supposed to

do this, but I had a tree branch fall on me during the day and I was

stiff and sore, so I took one of her naproxin. I woke up feeling

wonderful. My legs wern't stiff and cramped up in the calves, and I had

slept very well. I called the Dr. and asked him if I could have a script

for naproxin to try for my legs, he agreed and gave me a 500 mg dose. I

have been on it for about 2 weeks now, I wanted to wait and share this

with the group after I had tried it for awhile. So far, so good. Like

all good things, this too may come to an end, but for now, I am going to

enjoy sleeping and waking up feeling better, not groggy from xanax...
