Guest guest
Merica- Just wanted you to know that my boys are lactose intolerant, but tolerate the cheese and yogurt that are allowed on this diet-the lactose is not in this diet. You could try in small amounts at first and see what happens. I started making the bread using the almond flour and my kids love it. I started with a small bag of almond flour but soon bought it in bulk once my kids liked the bread right away. I used many of the recipes in Breaking the Viscious Cycle. - Suzanne poohntigger92 poohntigger92@...> wrote: Hello, my name is Merica and am the mother of an 11 aspie son, Jimmy. His ped recommeded the GF/CF diet. He is totally lactose intollerant and so we have a jump on the cf side of things. I am needing some help in getting started on the gf side of things. Any suggestions????? We go to the Wild Oats store about 2x's a month and am wondering if they have any helps on getting started on the GF/CF diet. Thanks much!!
