scd and putting on muscle and losing fat

one of the odd 'problems' with scd is the ease with which muscle is

put on

i don't think trimming up with the loss of fat is an issue

but muscle is quite metabolically expensive and i don't like to put

too much on and now i know how to do it, i could easily put on a heap

more.............

but i am eating huge amounts of cream and fat generally with no fat

on the body at all

and i don't do much exersise

scd traces its orgins right back to the original greek olympics, pre-

history? as a prize fighters and atheletes diet and it was

interesting to come across this study

http://www.scienceblog.com/cms/node/8768

scd reasoning is a bit different like the muscle wasting and lower

fat loss on the high carb diet is diet to fermentation, interesting

how the researchers seized on higher leucine as an explanation.

why i think the world is so stupid is if you want body shape this is

how you do it with some addtional supplementation, and its not

expensive, just needs thinking and work but people prefer to pay

heaps for fads that won't work and get nasty if you give them

alternatives that do work.............

like me pointing out that fathers need to be more involved in what is

being done to their children so some better judgement results and

they would be saving a fortune in doctors fees and tests AND getting

heaps better progress

theres such an allergy to thinking and making your own observations

and judgements these days.

i have seen parents boast about losing thier houses on the autism

biomedical board through medical fees and tests and my observation

is that their childlen are no further ahead or the improvement is

marginal so what gives?

i am banned from that board btw.

an expectation of instant results and a lack of scepticism about

anything medical
