Elaine allows the regular iodized table salt which has dextrose

because it is so important to get iodine.

I use the Redmont salt and plan to add iodine to it.

How do you add iodine to salt? (I'm hoping that this is not a dumb

I did not use the iodine salt while doing SCD, just plain sea salt, and

after about 10 months, my son started pouring salt out on the table and

licking it up. I think iodine supplementation is very important.
