hi,

I used esential oils from Young Living to chelate the metals out.

Let me know if you want to know more.

Did this work and how did you know? Did you do a fecal test or did you just

look for behavioral changes?

I did not test. In the study people where tested many times.

In some cases levels in stool or/and urine would go up at first, sometimes from

zero. Than they would go though a curve and back to zero.

I was doing more than one thing with essential oils almost at the same time,

unfortunately I can not be sure where the improvement came from.

I am using oils with for a year, we did not need any allergy or cold meds

since than. That is big for me. His language and behaviors improved dramatically

in about two weeks, than the improvement kind of slowed down.

Hey ,

Thanks for the info and the honesty. Would 100%DV of zinc and selenium be

enough to do all that you say below? And about how much msm? It's for a 5

year old.

Thanks.

it needs to be the right form of zinc and balanced with co factor

minerals, selenium is one

i have a dual selenium protocol which in my web page 'minerals i

take' in the index of http://tinyurl.com/2csa3

once on the 'minerals i take' page, just scroll down to SELENIUM

PROTOCOL

also

'minerals i take' and 'copper and zinc' in the index of

http://tinyurl.com/2csa3

and msm is in 'other supps i take'

doses are based on weight like half the weight is half the dose

whe you look at it its all a bit much so you just start with what

seems like the most important.

its like scd, might take a year to get up to speed but the real test

of something working is slow steady improvement without end

the thing is just to start in a small way and not be overwhelmed

Awesome. Thanks. Do you still do SCD by the way? We stopped after a year

and started enzymes. I like enzymes better.

well basically i do scd yeah

no nuts and honey though and fairly heavily into quality dairy creams

(with fish oil to balance)

even with enzymes, potato and grains are still an issue, enzymes are

nothing like 100% effective, just a big assist.

you are just working things from different sides to get the best

gains

and scd should be part of your thinking, food additives, endless

learning and optimising i guess..............

this is a bit hard to understand but i have flagged hope and

expectation, that is i have given up on the prospects of any

improvement

so i just plug away not expecting improvement and work and experiment

with supps, diet etc and if something turns up, well thats a help and

if it doesn't well things are hard to tell without trying them

so their no quick fixes or miracles llike 'chelation' or DAN or

whatever

thats the first step, no nice life of ease to go back to when

everything is fixed cause there is no 'everything is fixed' and once

you see it, its obvious that there never was any such thing........

you are locked into a farely gruelling lifelong process (lol, have i

lost my audience?)

you just plug away in ways that seem likely to yield well and

hopefully gains will make things better for you and your kid and that

just goes on and on.............

i think you have some brain blood sugar issues it would be worth

giving some attention too from a supplement and dietary viewpoint.

i use the trimedica pure msm brand which is 'lignisul' as the source

manufacturer from betterlife.com or evitamins.com

a little goes a long way but if you have amalgmas in it may not be

advisable to take it as it lifts mercury but a tiny bit may be ok,

don't know, the stuff i have worked out is for an amalgam free mouth

it does tend to be a bit laxative

the trimedica brand is the only lignisul msm i can find without

fillers

elaine has a niether legal or illegal position on msm, it is

ambiguous and you are lifting mercury and sulphur loving heavy metals

with it so you don't want to be casual about it
