Hi a...

Could you possibly extent the deadline a week? I won't be seeing

my new PCP until Wednesday, May 17th so I won't know til then if she

will support me... I would love to add another one to the list.. I

know there are some who are looking for supportive PCP's in the

fayetteville area.. This one is in raeford but, it's still a heck of

a lot closer than Dr R should anything happen... Let me know.. :)

In my thoughts and prayers,

Terri

Dear a,

You can add my PCP to the list although I don't believe he is taking

any new patients.
