I can wholly empathize with you and your worries for your baby's health. We

went through a similar episode with when she was about 4. I hope your

pediatrician can help her and that your boss will be understanding.....if

not (and depending on how well you get along with him) just tell him that

you'll devote just as much time and attention to your work when you get

back.....after all, how productive could you be worrying yourself sick or

calling your Mom every 15 minutes (if you're like me) to see how your

darling child was!

Dear Pam,

Thanks for your kind words! I am out of work today and my boss is being very

understanding. He was due to come into the gville office today but had some

things to take care of in Columbia, so... My other personnel supervisor is

in charge today. She was frieking when I talked to her earlier, and I

offered to come in for a little while and I could bring Sidney with me. He

put his foot down and said there was no reason why she could not handle it.

So... I have to take her to the pediatrician at 2:15 today. No fever since

last night, thank you Lord!
