Guest guest
I'm a newcomer, so maybe you old-timers know what you mean with your code words, but us newbies could use some clarification. When you all say " experiencing die-off, " or like phrases, what do you mean? I have a non-verbal child and I attribute self-abusive behavior, crying, lethargy between bouts, thrush around her mouth, etc. to microbe die-off. Is this what you're all experiencing with your children when you say die-off? Or, do you have verbal children who are coming up to you and saying, " Mother, I'm feeling under the weather and suspect the reason is die-off. " The disparity between the two is great and I imagine there are many different experiences between those two extremes. Could we please have a discussion about what each of you have experienced when your children were in the beginning of the diet and experiencing die-off? What did that look like? Thank you.
