Guest guest
Susie, so sorry about the loss of your husband. And I know what you mean about " finding " yourself. And while I have the capability of motivating others, sometimes I fail when it comes to doing the same for me. I just want the opportunity to have normal feelings about food......to look at a cookie and be neutral about it.....to eat or not to eat......nah, I don't feel like it right now. LOL I want to cut those little sugar receptors right out of my life. And even though Dr R no longer requires the psych visit prior to surgery, I really think it is a good idea to at least have a plan in mind for counseling, just in case there are issues post op. Thankfully my work allows a certain amount of counseling sessions for free through EAP---I have a feeling I will find my way into those offices at least a few times post op. :-) When are you planning to have surgery? fg At 09:42 AM 05/09/2000 -0700, you wrote: >Dear Funnygirl, Having been a widow for only 5 months now, I >feel that I have to find ME again too.
