>Just wanted to share this with the other moms and dads who make the baked

goods with nut flour. I used to make my own and it would always come out

chunky, but I recently purchased the almond flour from Lucy's Kitchen online

and made my son his favorite cookies. They came out awesome. The batter

was just like regular cookie batter and the cookies taste like almond

flavored cookies instead of tasting like your eating chopped almonds. It

may cost a little more, but it's worth the time it saves me and for the

consistency of the flour. It has the consistency of white flour.

What flour were you using before? The only one I know of is Bob's Red Mill

almond flour, and I know that several people on this list have had problems

with it.

Glad you had success. I have been using Lucy's Kitchen for flour since the

beginning of starting this diet and I have had a couple of bad batches, but

getting better.
