Two Vancouver, B.C. cookbook stores present special evening demo

classes this week. Jodi Bager and Lass, the authors of

Grain-Free Gourmet, will demonstrate recipes from their exciting new

cookbook. Written especially with SCD in mind, Grain-Free Gourmet

features information and recipes which conform to the protocols

established by Elaine Gottschall based on the Specific Carbohydrate

Diet (SCD™) originated by Dr. Sydney V. Haas.
